Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags and hygienic protection still attached.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

To start a return, contact us at info@salurabikini.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
